EVENT-SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
1. Is there a front desk or staff onsite? Rancho Poco a Poco is a privately owned vacation residence and does not have a front desk or staff onsite 24/7. However, our maintenance manager, gardener, and cleaning staff are onsite from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday to Friday and 9:00 AM–12:00 PM on Saturday. For emergencies, contact information is provided in every room, and our manager is available for assistance as needed.
2. Is Rancho Poco a Poco safe? Yes! Sayulita has been nominated as one of the safest places in Mexico. Additionally, our property is in a tranquil residential area, away from the hustle and bustle. Mini safes are provided in each unit for your peace of mind.
3. What is included in my booking? Your booking includes access to Wi-Fi throughout the property, hot water, a private bathroom, yoga deck with equipment, a dipping pool, unlimited purified drinking water, and basic bathroom supplies.
4. What amenities are provided? - Bathroom supplies: Bath towels, hand towels, face towels, pool towels, toilet paper, hand soap, artisanal shampoo, and body wash. - Recreation: 2 boogie boards, 2 foam surfboards, cornhole yard game, a copper ice tub for ice baths, slackline, and assorted board games. - Pool: A private, heated pool certified for XPT (Extreme Performance Training) with a deep end for weight, apnea, and scuba training.
5. Do you provide laundry service? Laundry services are not provided onsite but can be arranged through local providers.
6. Is childcare available? Yes, childcare services are available in Sayulita, we can help you book with a recommended company.
7. Are pets allowed? We love animals and have our own Rancho pets onsite. However, we do not currently allow guest pets to maintain comfort for all visitors.
8. What is the closest airport? Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR), about an hour’s drive from Rancho Poco a Poco.
9. Can you arrange transportation to and from the airport? Yes, we can arrange shuttle services for one-way or round-trip transportation.
10. Is Uber available in the area? Uber operates from Puerto Vallarta to Sayulita, but not the other way around due to local regulations.
11. Do you rent golf carts? While we don’t rent golf carts directly, we can recommend reliable rental companies that deliver and pick up carts from the property.
12. Do you have a restaurant onsite? Our restaurant will be open starting February 2025
13. Are meals included in the stay? Breakfast is included in weekly reservations. Lunch, snacks, and dinner can be arranged through catering or delivery.
14. Can guests use the kitchen? Guests have access to fully equipped kitchens in the Villa and Casita. The commercial kitchen is available for rental for events.
15. What activities are available onsite? Guests can book private yoga classes, Temazcal ceremonies, ice baths, massages, or spa services. We also provide recommendations for excursions, including surfing, jungle hikes, fishing, horseback riding, and ziplining.
16. Do you offer tours or photography services? Yes! Our manager and professional photographer offers guided hikes to hidden beaches, complete with a few complimentary professional photos. We also offer photo shoot packages for families, engagements, or weddings at special rates for guests.
17. Do you offer massages onsite? Yes, we work with local massage companies that can come provide their services onsite
18. Do you rent surfboards, boogie boards, or bicycles? Not at this time
19. What types of retreats can I host at Rancho Poco a Poco? The property is ideal for wellness, yoga, meditation, creative workshops, corporate retreats, and group gatherings.
20. Is the property rented exclusively for my group? Yes, we only book the property for one group at a time to ensure privacy and a seamless retreat experience.
21. What amenities are included for retreats? Retreat guests have access to the yoga deck, XPT-certified pool, fitness areas, and all recreational amenities. Additional requests can be coordinated with our administration.
22. Do you provide retreat planning services? Yes, our team can assist with planning or connect you with local partners for a tailored retreat experience.
23. What types of events can I host? Rancho Poco a Poco is ideal for weddings, corporate retreats, and family gatherings, with accommodations for 25 overnight guests and event space for up to 150 attendees.
24. Do you provide in-house tours and activities for events? Yes, we can arrange customized activities, such as yoga sessions, Temazcal ceremonies, or local excursions for your group.
25. What additional services are available for events? We provide catering recommendations, photography services, and access to our commercial kitchen.
26. What is the cancellation policy for events? Cancellation policies vary based on the event. Contact us for specific terms.
